This case used ASM (on +DATA):

$ export ORACLE_SID=+ASM
$ sqlplus / as sysdba

set lines 130
set pages 10000
select NAME, TOTAL_MB, FREE_MB from v$asm_diskgroup;

NAME TOTAL_MB FREE_MB
----------- ---------- ----------
DATA 7812 0

=> Clear Archivelog by using RMAN
(delete archivelog all, delete archivelog until time 'xxxx')

After that, we can database instance.
