The ASM instance configured on the local node is a single-instance ASM

What is the point when find this error?

This picture shows to create ASM with Clusterware Software (before that we dropped asm => dbca -silent -deleteASM), But System have configuration ASM on single-instance some files.

So, should check /etc/oracle/ocr.loc , /etc/oratab files and ...,

Example:
$ cat /etc/oratab

+ASM:/u01/oracle/product/10.2.0/asm:N

then delete this line and then run create ASM with Clusterware Software again.
